Brevo is a full email marketing and transactional-email platform whose free tier is one of the most generous around: 300 emails a day (about 9,000 a month), unlimited contact storage, and no credit card required. Beyond the API it has drag-and-drop newsletter templates, automation workflows, and CRM features, so a small business can run both one-off emails and newsletters from one free account.

Setup

  1. Sign up free at brevo.com and confirm your email
  2. Go to Settings → SMTP & API → API Keys and generate a new key
  3. Add and verify your sender address under Senders
  4. For best deliverability, add their SPF/DKIM DNS records to your domain (their setup wizard walks you through it)
  5. Send a test email from the dashboard or with the API example in their docs
