About

This is the official way for businesses to send WhatsApp messages at scale. Order updates, appointment reminders, support chats, and marketing templates. As of September 2026, Meta's pricing says service conversations stay free through September 30, 2026; from October 1, 2026 each business number gets 1,000 free service messages per month (you only need billing if you go past that). You'll need a Meta developer account and a verified business.
