About
The SEC's EDGAR database holds every official filing from publicly traded U.S. companies. Annual 10-K reports, quarterly earnings, insider trades. And these free APIs let you fetch them as structured JSON. One endpoint lists every filing a company ever made; others deliver the actual financial-statement numbers in machine-readable form. No key is needed, just a polite User-Agent header with your contact info, and you stay under about 10 requests a second.
